At Rozelle Public School, we delivered a combined roof replacement and bathroom refurbishment to modernise and improve essential facilities. Externally, works included the removal of the existing tiled roof and installation of a new 0.48mm BMT Colorbond steel roof with flashings, gutters, downpipes, whirlybird ventilation, roof access, and a compliant roof anchor safety system.
Internally, the Block G bathroom amenities were fully refurbished with demolition of outdated fixtures, tiles, partitions, and services, followed by installation of waterproofing, new wall and floor tiling, and stainless-steel fittings. The upgrade also included new wash troughs, basins, toilets, urinals, mirrors, soap dispensers, double toilet roll holders, and anti-vandal taps. Ceilings were replaced with 13mm Aquachek gyprock, complete with access panels, square set bulkheads, and painted finishes. New windows with frosted safety glass, doors with occupation indicators, signage, and upgraded lighting, exhaust fans, and hand dryers were also provided.
The project delivered modern, durable, and fully compliant amenities that significantly improved safety, hygiene, and comfort for students and staff.
