At Boronia Park Public School, we delivered the supply and installation of a new passenger lift, together with a covered bridge link connecting adjacent blocks, significantly improving accessibility and connectivity across the school campus. Works included demolition and site preparation, earthworks, reinforced concrete construction, external waterproofing to the lift pit, cladding to the lift shaft and lobby, laminated safety glazing and aluminium framing, sheet metal roofing with roof access safety systems, fire-rated linings to structural steel elements, and installation of tactile indicators and compliant signage throughout. The project was delivered in full compliance with NCC, EFSG Design Guidelines and applicable Australian Standards, with all works coordinated to maintain school operations and security throughout the construction program.
