Access Entry Ramp

At Old Guildford Public School, we delivered accessibility upgrades to improve entry to the campus. Works included the removal of garden vegetation and timber edging, followed by the construction of a compliant AS1428 access ramp. The ramp was carefully designed to integrate with the existing entry area and garden, using matching brickwork to complement the school’s character. Additional works included new handrails with highlighted paint, tactile indicators, and modifications to existing elements such as the community bookcase, signage, and downpipes to ensure a safe, accessible, and functional entryway.
