Improving access to the hall and enhancing the area for multi-functional use.
At Northern Beaches Secondary College Balgowlah Boys Campus, we completed a major upgrade to the hall façade and forecourt, transforming the entry into a welcoming and multifunctional space. Works included demolition of the existing canopy, stairs, retaining walls, paving, and fencing, followed by construction of new tiered seating, planter boxes, accessible ramps and stairs, and a new hall canopy. The project also delivered regraded landscaping, new concrete forecourts and footpaths, stormwater drainage, security fencing and gates, as well as double glazed entry doors to the hall. Finishing touches included new lighting, school signage, tree planting, and bin enclosures. The upgrade was completed in full compliance with EFSG and Australian Standards, significantly improving both accessibility and the school’s front presence.
