At Killarney Heights, we delivered a design and construct solution converting an existing residential dwelling into a fully operational medical practice. The project required a change of use approval to permit the site as a commercial facility, with all works designed and constructed to meet the relevant regulatory and Australian Standards requirements. Works included reconfiguration of the internal layout to accommodate multiple consultation rooms and a reception area, construction of a new on-site car park, and installation of an on-site stormwater detention tank. The project was delivered in full compliance with NCC accessibility requirements and AS 1428.1, incorporating accessible parking, pathways, and entry points to ensure the facility meets the needs of all patients. The upgrade delivers a functional and accessible medical facility within an established residential streetscape, compliant with all applicable council and building code requirements and ready for immediate occupation.
